About our channel
Is it possible to have too many guitars, amps, and effects pedals? In other words, can you have too much gear? We are not even sure why someone would think that! We love to try out gear and chat about it and apparently starting a YouTube channel is an awesome way to make this happen. It has also allowed us to try out some really excellent new gear and meet great people along the way. Anyone, from everyday players like ourselves to industry leaders. All of which we get to share on our channel. So if you like videos on guitar-related gear, livestream conversations, interviews with players and manufacturers, or deep dives into specific effects like our That Leslie Sound and Tremolo series please subscribe and join us on the journey. Why we do this...
- To find enjoyment in and share our passion for all things related to the guitar. While doing so we hope to create something uniquely ours and not influenced by or beholden to any outside entities.
- To present the gear we feature on our YouTube channel, social media, and website in a way that allows those we engage with to determine what gear is right for them in their own quest for tone. We do not recommend any piece of gear based on what we like, but rather hope to help people find the gear that provides the options important to them.
- To support the people that create the gear we love. Whether a piece of gear is made by a large international company or a local builder in their basement, we know that behind every piece of gear is a person that has put their heart and soul into its creation. We hope to form relationships with creators to not only tell the story of their gear but to tell their story as well.
